Each charm is designed and individually handmade, with love, by me using copper, steel and/or bronze metal clays. Order some for your next project, for party favors or bridesmaid gifts.

It takes me 5-7 days to hand make your order and once completed, I ship via USPS First-Class Mail. If you are ordering another item in my shop, this item SHIPS FREE!
If you wish to receive your order more promptly, I am happy to accommodate you. Please contact me by clicking the "Contact" link found on the upper, left hand portion of my shop page to let me know your preferred method. Extra shipping fees will apply.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I create each piece with love and want you to love it as well. I make sure to carefully pack each item to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition. If you have received a piece that is damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange the return of the item at no cost to you. I will be happy to refund the purchase price or extend you a credit for Rock Mama Metals.
I try very hard to take good pictures of my pieces and give proper measurements in order for you to know exactly what you are getting. If the piece is not what you expected and you are not loving it, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt. I will be happy to extend a shop credit and depending upon the circumstances a refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be returned to me in original condition and packaging within 10 days of notification, at your own cost. I DO NOT EXTEND REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.
